made this for dinner today,,,u can have this with either parantha or with dal chawal.
chopped cabbage half
chopeed frenh bean 200gm
half onion chopped
green chili two chopped
cumin seeds half teaspoon
salt half teaspoon
oil one teaspoon
mixture of turmuric and rechili powder half teaspoon
heat oil in frying pan
add cumin seeds
when they start to splutter add chopped onion and chili
once onions are done add cabbage and french beans
when in semicooked state add the red chili and turmeric
cook for a minute.
this recipe tastes good when its cooked till its semicooked state..if u want to cook further u can.
